There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good working environmental area, manager and supervisior are very supportive, compony policies are good appraisals are fair, but they provide salary not good hike.

Compensation is avrage. Work pressure is high no any appreciation received from client. To much traveling to reach the office. If you are comeing05 to 10 min late for three day one half day cut on our leaves

we can get good knowledge and skills. very supportive floor staff. Main Company rules and policies are good.

...give more work pressure. some time we need work more then work hours forcefully. carrier growth, appraisal, Salary hikes are very low.

Management is biased. One who join the company will face discrimination too. Nobody is willing to accept new ideas and innovation. SOPs made for employees not for management and favourite ones. Company's financial health also suffers due to CORRUPT MANAGEMENT.
