I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Dislikes

Small scale. Less Salary. Late salary. Work load. So many projects need to handle alone. Little problem during leave application but you can take leaves. Salary increments after 1 year but they will waste so many days after 1st meeting. But good for freshers

No training, No job security , No career growth, No appraisal , Salary on 25th of next month, When you serve notice period then forget about salary of that month, They do not provide document salary slips
