1. Arrogant managers who don't know basic management principles, Never satisfy and believe in the team. 2. Managers do scold in front of teams and always compare with others. 3. Always rush for a quick fix without considering the quality. 4. Even though the person has zero knowledge of database internals, people consider him a database expert, which really makes me surprise. 5. Never be happy with your work and always expect 24/7 you need to be in front of laptop. 6. Vety toxic and scary environment.

Interesting Technology: YB's technology is innovative and promising in the field of distributed databases. It was exciting to work with such cutting-edge solutions. Talented Colleagues: I had the opp to work with some talented and knowledgably colleagues who were passionate about the product.

Dislikes

Unforeseen Layoffs: Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn when i was unexpectedly laid off. The lack of communication and transparency surrounding the layoff process was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as an employee. Lack of resources: During my time at the company, there were instances where we felt short staffed and lacked resources to effectively execute on projects. This often lead to increased stress and workload. Communication challenges: There were instances where important info was not effectively communicated to the team, leading to confusions and delays in our work. DO NOT GET BLINDED BY ALL THE 5 STAR GLASS DOOR REVIEWS(IF YOU CAME FROM THERE)...THEY ARE JUST AS DECIEVING AS THE PROMISES OF THEIR HR IS AND ARE OF INTERNAL EMPLOYEES WHO MAY OR MAY NOT WITH THEM!!!!

Hire and fire org. Forget about the appraisals, feb and aug is appraisal cycle. Jan and July is firing months ( You should get what I am saying ). Culture has attitude issue ( after unicorn valuation that's my view)
