Nothing is good there Management makes own rules like duty time 9am to 9-10pm like without overtime. No specific work like official manpower may be work like casuals . Management misbehave with juniors

Everything dislikes Salary cut if mistakes in work No OT for extra working time Salary cut even after leave apply Leaves cut in portal w/o any reason Even if you late 1-2 minutes then salary will cut surely even after regularization No regularization system after two days past. Management abusing/misbehaving Overall not good environment for work

...gement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a blot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2 year s which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

we do not have pressure working all time. sometimes it its too hectic to work because of work is to done at the same time.

only single person takes all the decision, whether it is right or wrong for the organization .

Terrible experience. Few days to festival diwali. Company terminated without any reason.. there is some false people's in management that's why there is Very bad experience to share. Manager and admin are worst here. They never valued your work.

There is a lot of internal politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
