No place for working, lack of staff, politics, top management is non technical... Yes boss culture.... Very unorganized Commissioned plant ... Lack of problems due to less staff... Cheap quality of machines. And most important there is no near by doctors and hospital... Malaria prone area typhoid because of dirty drinking water.... Mosquito s because of floody area of river ganga bank
