Nothing, organisation is doing lot of harassment with employees,

Does not have professionals, working culture is not good, every time senior officials and Hr harassed . They say by words that they are good , by nothing in practical. They give bribe to the government and other officials to get their work done. No job security, no clarity and lot of politics. More over, the senior officials retain the staff those are close to them like friends, family and people who serve them morally or immorally

Taking care of Art patients, Yrgcare is service oriented, And I would like to serve my art peoples

Staff at hyderabad, Irresponsible towards patient's Yrg staff,they won't, seek to respect & value of Art people, this is very bad, Know only Yrg staff, councilors they are very rude towards Art patients

if any issues is coming in centers higher authorty persons like hr officers not solewing the problems and just simply supporting the sitecordinators only not empolies.AND THEY ARE NOT VISITNG THE SITES DIRECTLY

Wrost organization because the told every year you will get appraisal but when the time will come for appraisal they will terminate you and saying that there is finding isse so we can't continue your contact they ruined my 2 years. Never join here

Good office environment for work. Good documentation process

Top management does not give the required support when needed. Process compliance though a must for audit observation, it is not fully followed from beginning if a project. Much regularisation needs to be done for Audit purposes. Only Procurement will be pressured to meet hastily finalised deliverables by top management. There is lot of blame game politics in the office and is not professional as expected. Requested manpower was not provided when had asked for, but today same work is managed by a 3 member team for pan India procurement. So ensure to stick to rule book and code of business conduct in such dicy situation as a professional should do and avoid shortcuts.
