There is nothing to like in this company. Its an absolute worst company. Management is arrogant, does not respect the employees and expect them to work like labors. Founder is full of themself and thinks they are above everything. They promise many things but delivers absolute zero results.

Dislikes

...r are using official domain. The rest of the employees are using a free domain. They are hiring people as intern and making them work as full time members with minimum pay. They are expecting to pay less and get more work done. They are forcing employees to sign a contract while joining and not respecting the contract if they have to fire them.

Likes

The only likeable thing about YRC is it’s WFH opportunity.

Dislikes

No job security, very less salary as compared to market standards, unhealthy work-culture with constant poking & micro management. This is no place for an individual to learn as no time is provided to adjust with the set up and understand the organisation, expected to give out results from day 1. No time is given to understand the work culture, the ethics or the organisation as a whole.

The only thing is that it is a remote opportunity. Top management is very impolite towards the team members.

Dislikes

They expect their employees to work even on holidays and after the working hours. Although, the working hours is more than 9 hours. They are mainly into creating and delivering SOPs to their clients but doesn’t own one.Top Management is very egoistic and thinks they are at a different level than others. It’s the worst company to start a career.

1. Toxic work culture , they give zero Training. 2. They use and throw employees according to need , saumya is the most toxic manager you will ever come across in life . 3. They will make you sign the bond , which is totall Unfair for you …which is to make sure employee can’t live or leave peacefully. 4. They put me in the PIP for not being UPTO the standard ( i have never been told what the standards are ) in the first week of joining , zero training given. 5. Don’t join here if you want to protect your mental peace . 6. Worst working culture , if you love yourself , please don’t join here

Amazing Work lofe balance. You will get to learn a lot here. The managers /seniors are very supportive and always ready to teach.

Dislikes

Sometimes they force you to learn things by giving to tasks that will help you to improve and grow personally and for company as well..
