There is no job security. The salary offered is so poor and there is no hike in salary at all. HR department is pathetic. No support or help will be provided from HR or higher authorities. No leaves and have to take overtime without our concern

While working in youngshine it involvement after completing it target you learn something program trails like with setter,supervioser,and store keeper help

less salary, no transport facility, not satisfied environment condition, no job security, The work pressure is very high. if we take two day leave . They do our job is terminate. There is no allowance for trainee. the Working hours is 12- 14 hrs. The Manager & HR department not support & favour for us.There is no proper trainer They do politics & night shift is very tought to work but less wages also working in night shift. That experience not give better job in my life.

Company culture is worst, no holidays & Sunday also working day, bad response for management, Cleanliness Toilets, drinking water not available in night shifts. PF Amount is not credit for some labours.

Experience as a HR recruiter it's a good experience. I learned lots of things about recruitment , screening,staffing. It was a grate experience. I learned about how to motivate employees and how to guide them and how to explain our norms and conditions.

Dislikes

They don't give respect employees properly. That's is I dislike the most.
