Finance management, HR not respond, Job security. They Removing many employes without any notice and Salary also not paying. Doing very wrong with the employees.

I was worked you broadband past 2016 to 2018. Worst management was worst. From 2016 till 2018 no salary hikes till now also. Salaries not giving timely. Managers & TL's worst. No one thinking about for company's future. They spoiled the growth of the company.

No job security, salary gets credit very late, also salary gets deducted because of pending documents submitted of the customer, there is politics in the system. Poor treatment of employees Do not even think to join.

The company won't give you any training but you will get trained by yourself professionally and it is the best company for Freshers to start their career.

Compensation is decent, career growth is below average, salary hike is poor, work is pressure is less.
