After joining came to know they hire people' they make us join only when they have huge hiring later their will forcefully make you resign, post my joining they asked for service bond I was not okay with norms hence I chosen to leave but while leaving i was told that for 5 days as well they're giving score about performance Hr team makes agreement which are non acceptable norms which if accepted will make us suffer in future hr team is bit egoistic thy don't like any staff questioning them they have ego issues Some time late night 2 am if we leave also no one cares about our safety

Politics, unfair salaries, and repeated claims of unawareness by management on known matters are affecting trust and transparency. Additionally, work-life balance should be prioritized, with flexible WFH options when needed.

Working on the best cutting edge technologies and direct interaction with clients and team coordination and the best guidance while in training

Salaries will not be according to market even though performance is good

Great place to engage with work, They provides oppurtunity to learn and develop which good for new learners. often we do get continuous support for technical leads. Simply saying this is a place where we can transform from zero to hero.

Need to improve management and training programs.
