I have achieved lot of technical knowledge. I worked sincerly six your three shift but my salary rising trent very lower due to I resing this job. My future appeaed in black. Overall company very good. Company owner is good he is took care all employees. Suggestions 1.for all employee need to arrange traing session by qualified trainer. 2.family insurance. 3.require safety training all employees. 4.need to be motivation prize to employees. No fixing. Only getting hard worker. 5.improve employees skill by communication skills & any other.

Freedom for improvement & gate over time payment to staff person.

Yoshika Engineering Pvt Ltd ke sath kaam karte hue mujhe kuch areas nazar aaye jahan processes ko aur streamline kiya ja sakta hai, jaise [specific area, e.g., communication channels, resource allocation, training, etc.]. Agar in areas par kaam kiya jaye, toh team productivity aur bhi zyada improve ho sakti hai."

I likes lots of things which all are as follows - 1) Management are so friendly - Communication 2) Skill & Training with practically 3) Work Environment is excellent 4) Product Quality is great as compared to the another. 5) Motivated team work. Happy to work here😊

No one is gonna look how good you are in work, how can you work easily in pressure also. all employees will only wonder and talk about who are you, where are you from, and you know all the talks behind your back. And by chance if they found a single fault of you, all the employees even your manager will try to take advantage of your small fault and will make you resignate from your job. They do not think of your career or you will get a another job or not in nowadays. They will destroy you by taking your job, carrer, your regular earnings which was to help you and your parents. All after this you will not have any earnings, you have give 100's of interview which are most of the fake one, all placements will try to eat money from you, get offer like pay huge money to get a direct in job. By all this spendings your little savings you get finally bill one day and no one cares, you have to leave your rented apartment cause no money for rent, finally you become homeless, moneyless, depressed, hopeless, thoughtless & Lifeless.

You will not get any of the facilities so don't expect, only rudeness is only thing will get in company environment.

The company is open to innovation and love the fact that I am the part of team that produce world class product. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
