Compensation is decent but growth is slow. management do not value an individual unique strength and they mostly go unnoticed during my year appraisals, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Japanese culture in the company.But indian management is making is worst for the employee.

Salary is not as per qualifications.People are getting higher salary which are not even equal tp your qualification.

Due to pandemic like covid19 I was to fired from my job, management want to fired the employee who is undertraining (not become permanent) employee of the company .I dislike this company because company call to me to join duty and after 4,5days he fired me .

...ement is transparernt.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the manngement doesn't address our issue . Salary is. Decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiness.
