There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees

Near by village from 150 km that's only no other old people not treated like experience but new people got high salary and promotion very bad management. All staff working for family situation otherwise nobody staying more than 6 months

Top level people not review properly in each and every dept employees. Some people not getting growth and salary.
