Good work environment and culture. My teammates all are good think person all are support me and any other help also asked me. But company policies not bad but it's so let any progress or any approval. Otherwise all are good.

Salary dely not get proper time of salary, No any Rembusment approve earlier.

Leaders are not creating future leaders and restricted growth for younger employees No motivation or special remnumeration for such employees

I started my career in Yokogawa as a GET. It was a privilege to work for a core company as a fresher and gaining valuable experience. A lot of leaning had taken place during my tenure in this organisation. Work environment is good and a lot of supportive teammates throughout the journey.

Dislikes

Poor salary and slow career growth was something that made me shift from here. There were limited prospective for a role change to another department too which should actually be encouraged.

Likes

Working for Yokogawa India Limited for 1 or 2 years will help you secure good job in Industrial automation related companies.

Dislikes

Pay and compensation worst in the industry, there is no overtime pay so your Intelligent manager thinks 8 to 8 is the Normal working hours and if you want to go home ontime then you need to apply for half day leave.

Yokogawa Systems & Products are very easy and good.

Dislikes

No personal life, No Work-Life balance working on Sat and Sun. No Compensation for Sat and Sun. Promotions are not given as per skills and knowledge bases, always delayed in promotions.
