Very Good Culture,. Learning is totally depends on individual,. Yokogawa Products are very robust & good. Sites are equally divided among all Engineers. Executive Manager is very friendly & supportive.

Dislikes

No Promotion,..all employees are not equally treated. Very less basic salary. Site allowance are very less & not revised from last 10 years. Reporting Manager don't resolve engineer's issues,.in fear of not getting Next PO.

Poor Working culture 7.30 am to 7.30 pm work time but in the timesheet 8 hrs No OT No yearly increment No respect for your hard work No KT Overall it's a slave environment, Kindly don't go and spoil in this company without standards but brand themselves as big mnc company.

Don't need to be worried about the job security. If your in the Domestic engineering then you have lot of opportunities to learn and good place to start the career in process automation. There will be travel who are in exports team but not for everyone. Subsidies food at breakfast and lunch.

Dislikes

...u have undergone, for some jobs you want to stay late night, work on Saturdays Worst company policies, appraisal are minimum or no big change in the salary slip. Other than Domestic Engineering your learning about the field get reduced. Repetitive works.

Salary is very less, you have to depend on travel to earn money which is depend on managers and lot of internal politics. Work culture and management is not good.

HR and management should take responsibilities and look into employees issues and salary structure .

The learning curve is the best at Yokogawa India in Domestic Engineering Department. Since you are involved and exposed to the end-to-end lifecycle of the project, the learning is so good compared to other companies/departments.

Compensation is below par compared to competitor companies. I heard from internal colleagues that the management has decided to revise the salary structure in FY 2022. I hope it happens. There is no Employee Recognition Program carried out, at least when I was there at Yokogawa India for two years. It would have given more encouragement. Trainings are only on-the job. No separate training session carried out to enhance skillset.
