Headless top management lack of vision

Company Is running without vision ,goals ,thoughts just everything is based on hit and trial basis hiring people just to show they have team and they fired without a reason working here is a nightmare for professionals as well as frontliners

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I feel lucky to be part of a Yojak. We have young entrepreneurs and working in an aggressive culture is something I have always worked in and enjoy working in. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
