There is a clear lack of respect for staff members, with concerns and feedback often ignored. This disregard for employee well-being leads to a demoralizing atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and unheard. Adding to the discontent is the micromanagement style adopted by the leadership. Overall, the company's work environment is highly unsatisfactory. From poor management practices and unfair compensation to a lack of respect and the constant threat of layoffs, employees are left feeling insecure and undervalued. The mismatch between job descriptions and actual work, coupled with extreme micromanagement, only adds to the overall dissatisfaction, making it a challenging and demotivating place to work.

Lots of politics, bad boss, no leadership directors just pushing all work on you, will also give you any job outside of your job role and expect you to do it and learn such unwanted stupid experience. A full-time slave. :(
