Adding to the discontent is the micromanagement style adopted by the leadership. Overall, the company's work environment is highly unsatisfactory. the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team,and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-here policy here.

Lots of politics, bad boss, no leadership directors just pushing all work on you, will also give you any job outside of your job role and expect you to do it and learn such unwanted stupid experience. A full-time slave. :(
