The pay offered is extremely low compared to industry standards, and the yearly increments are minimal, failing to keep up with inflation or reward performance adequately. Moreover, there is a fear of layoffs. Employees can be terminated at any time without any clear reason, creating a highly unstable and insecure working environment. This constant threat undermines morale and makes long-term planning nearly impossible. The management's attitude towards employees worsens these issues. There is a clear lack of respect for staff members, with concerns and feedback often ignored. This disregard for employee well-being leads to a demoralizing atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and unheard. Adding to the discontent is the micromanagement style adopted by the leadership. Overall, the company's work environment is highly unsatisfactory. From poor management practices and unfair compensation to a lack of respect and the constant threat of layoffs, employees are left feeling insecure and undervalued. The mismatch between job descriptions and actual work, coupled with extreme micromanagement, only adds to the overall dissatisfaction, making it a challenging and demotivating place to work.
