I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary

There is nothing you like about the company only sugar coated talks.

Dislikes

There is no guarantee of job and Salary. They don't provide an appointment letter for the first two months. They even decrease your salary anytime. So, that if they fire you in between they won't give you the salary They have a hire and fire system. Owners are abusive and intolerable. Work pressure is really high. They gave you a very high impractical target and make this a reason to decrease your salary
