There is nothing you like about the company only sugar coated talks.

Dislikes

There is no guarantee of job and Salary. They don't provide an appointment letter for the first two months. They even decrease your salary anytime. So, that if they fire you in between they won't give you the salary They have a hire and fire system. Owners are abusive and intolerable. Work pressure is really high. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
