Nothing say to like about that salon waste of spending time there ....unsafe place for women

They didn't gave me the salary for 1 month and they kept on hold they are so rude with the employees,they don't even know how to behave with women they play with employees emotions ,lot of pressure torture ... totally i say one of stupid salon

...onment and culture. Teammeates are supportive and the management is transparent. company policies are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company culture is absolutely toxic, no respect for employees. Never got salaries and bonuses on time. I had a hard time communicating even through HR. They also have a reputation in delaying the full and final settlement

There is lot more to learn from the organization by providing various trainings in terms og all th knowledge needed for the roll. i like the challenges faced each day till i was there in the company.. since its customer based need to deal with face to face .

Support is not great to the employees . in terms of payout also.
