Extremely poor Pay Structure Do not expect any promotion, Favouritism is on the top here, Do not expect any good increment in salary, very barely. Once the increment time comes, company goes in loss and for the rest of the year they work just fine.

This agility reflects in every Yexter. The culture at India office is diverse yet very open and employee friendly. With a world class office, numerous engagement events, rewards & recognition programs, Yext truly has carved a niche in the GCC space. What i love the most is the numerous opportunities that the management provides to learn, explore and grow.

I've been working at Yext for nearly four years and genuinely enjoy working here every day. As Treasury manager, I've had the opportunity to work on complex financial structures, optimize cash management and forecasting and collaborate with the O team to support the company's growth. The leadership is transparent and supportive, encouraging professional development.

Dislikes

I work in the India office and sometimes feel the time difference (HQ is based in NY and team is spread across US) makes things difficult on my end to participate in meetings and discussions. Also, would appreciate if there are frequent travels from the leadership/managers to the India office to keep the employees motivated. Or there should be frequent travel from India office to the HQ.

- Yext company culture is very good. All employees are very friendly and helpful towards each other. - Yext has a very good Work-life balance and provides support for any post-work activities for their employees.

Dislikes

- The employee benefits for recreational activities such as sports/fitness allowance/ are not provided in India compared to other MNCs here.

Likes

There are very less companies that tend to strike balance between being customer centric and employee centric at the same time. Yext is one such company where it handles tremendously well. It's been nothing short of an amazing learning experience so far. Looking forward many more learning and wonderful experiences.
