Even more disturbing were the arbitrary pay cuts and unexplained deductions, which seemed to be a constant, cruel game for them. The company claims a six-month training period but expects employees to be fully independent within just two months, which is unrealistic and unfair. Furthermore, Mr. Kuchibhatla's behavior is particularly concerning. He uses abusive language, including explicit terms like "f*ck," during meetings and threatens to ruin employees' future job prospects if they leave the company. Additionally, Yespoho engages in a blame game, shifting responsibility for faults onto new joiners to cover up the mistakes of former employees and family members working in the company. This creates a toxic environment where employees are constantly blamed and mistreated. In summary, Yespoho is a dreadful place to work, characterized by deceitful management and a hostile work environment. I strongly advise against joining this company under any circumstances. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful, fair, and professional workplace.
