If you wanna join in this company please first take ""OFFER LETTER"" I regrate why I joined this company, first they will take sign on offer letter and they will keep with them onlyafter if you will ask offer letter they will terminate you ,I had bad experience in my life after joining in yesproperty. worst work culture,no job security, all benifits will start after 6months like(health insurance, petrol allowances). They are playing with employees life

No proper communication, they don't provide offer letter before joining. If they provide you than read carefully. They might remove you within one month for non performance. It's has got the worst management. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No response from the management. No promotion or incentive given properly. You have to work all the time no holidays will be given. It's a machine life and they don't treat you with respect they just see you as a revenue machine.
