...ger work as a Big Bull of company. All business sourcing from Broker channel . And manager is in attitude mode and taking freee salary every month. Company paid to broker for getting business. Very worst and negative feedback received in my career. No any kind of management, every 1 rs business sourcing from Broker channel nd wondering here nd there with attitude, I am sourcer of that business. For better career, do not accept any offer from these companies.

Work life balance is good, no calls after office hours. Salary scales are good

Dislikes

No proper trainings, process and systems are outdated. Only focus on implementation no ground level training to new joinee. Hiring from financial segment from co-operative bank, path sanstha which leads to corporate cultural differences. Poor support from internal teams

Compensation, benefits somewhat job satisfaction

Dislikes

Feels like management dosent understand how things works at ground level. There is no tracking of your actual work. No matter how hard you work if your boss dosent like you he will make your life hell. No personal life. Have to be available even during leaves or sick leave too

Culture is different any other organization and job security is very difficult

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

...ot having comparison with other bank. Management is also good and so supportive. Company Policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Every Organisation has pros and cons so the things of dislike I am not thinking any dislike of bank and that to explain about it.
