No job security, they will ask you to resign silently and then release you immediately. No work life balance, you are only considered hard working if you sit late to work

Every time I remember, I go to the bank and meet all the staff...and I do all my bank work from Yes Bank...I will never forget the first job of my life.

I was in yes bank in me-hin company we were working in yes bank and me-hin used to make our salary but I had no problem with that...but our salary was not increasing...my reason for leaving was salary and Secondly, Shaleen Dodia, the cluster head in Borsad branch, did not know how to respect any employee. And was giving more mental torture...that is why she left working in Yes Bank.
