Yes Bank pay is the worst. They underpay and you realise when you go to the next job that people earn 4-5 lakhs more that what you earn

I like here team work and working hours is comfortable according to all employees and initial salary package is very good compared to other bank organization.

I dislike here working system because in this technology age here manuals work is more compare to other bank organization.

Terrible.i worked as a kyc analyst in Yes Bank. No recognition, no work life balance, more politics. In my team to be precise 16ppl have left the job even before completing 1year. From Officer to SM full of politics. Outdated process etc

... leave the chair then you can get the chair,Limited water supply. No cleaneless. Poor salary, in this circumtances you can not complete a small work with in a small time, very iritating to work here

My whole experience working at Yes Bank is good. My team includes 5 RM's. I am the only CPA for supporting them hence I learnt alot from them. They always appreciate my efforts.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is high. They always appreciate my efforts but there is no change in my salary.
