Nothing as it's family business. No growth & value for professionals. Finance department employees are good and fair there work and very cooperative.

No growth for loyal employees. The person who close to management and person who chuglikhor they get promotion ,high increment,awards and bonus. Accounts department the work culture is not good as there are 2-3 older employees working there who are close to the management and they spoil the culture by chuglikhor.Wish you all the best if u want to spoil ur cv.

No JD , Disoriented working culture. Oldies are gossip monger, senior management is not organised. No business organisation development sight

DGM,GM,VP , AND OTHER LIKE TOP MANAGEMENT FOR CHAIR & CORUPT, NEW TO THIS Profession, JUST COMAND COPY PASTE FROM SR ENGINEERS AND AVOID EXPERTISE.TOP MD MANAGEMENT IS BETTER, Appointment still done are own village people of dgm since last year , earlier worked as technician now top post,.the earlier Dynatron services the mtu rolls Royce group the best in the world,but they hand over the trade to yeoman group, Dynatron services world famous till 2016 from 50 yrs service and shifted to others area buisness,local and officers politics too much.do job and claim name by other people, avoid experience and educated by the mid management,hop md level don't know,so all works in Dynatron services join in yeoman,but below technician level who are promoted as project manager with thump sign and get defect feedback from any friends who are ex sr expertise staff from Dynatron services.zf gearbox too same status.One man army style.get feedback solution and degrade .

MD level hard work esteem for up keeping their talent as expected navy hero.

There Good learning atmosphere in this organisation. Service and preventive maintenance is carried out on modernised Diesel Engine.

All the work or job carried out are in comfort zone of an individual. No required growth after a certain level in this organisation.
