The ambiance of beximco campus and yellow design team.

Everything ! YELLOW is a nepotism victim company. ED is nephew of CEO and has really bad approach towards work and employees. You will have to shuffle between the politics of Family where cousins don't like each other and you unfortunately have to report to all of them. They would make you work onsite even when the covid lockdown is strictly in action. You will ask leave for genuine reason as father's cancer operation and you are single child, yet ED (Burney) will tell you that will give you leave when ur father is dead. In total, working for yellow was the worst decision of my life and it left me so mentally damaged that I had to take counseling sessions to regroup myself.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
