It is good company but they should provide more safety equipment to employees and also should increment the salary or reduce the employee work time to 8 hours.

They fixed the work time into 12 hours. They should increase salary. They should find who is work well and give them promotion

The company was development company am well learning to preparation of document related works like that audit related QMS AND COPQ i am involved production team members to learn to which tool or insert used for CNC . to control manpower under my control three person to split the work and get out put on separately and nature of work is good to give approval on inward inspection and meet customer and supplier to discuss

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
