india business culture was terrible, founder was barely interested in the employees well being, salary difference for same role is very high. if they lose client they force employee to either quite or move to another city without hike. you'll have to bear client whatever they demand your manager wont support you. so all in all not a good organisation for long term

I loved working at their client location but for Consus Global they are not giving equal opportunity to all their employees and no support is there from the seniors

...now what work has been assigned to you. There is no one to whom we can speak to. There is no growth, they under pay their employees, no extra benefit, salary doesn't get credit on time (it can be initial days of month and sometime end as well).

Poor compensation , 0 benefits. Pathetic policies. They will make you sign a bond and will keep Posting you to different locations with the same compensation.

Dislikes

Zero job security. They are self centred and have no good policies for the employees. You end up paying for both the ends of the PF too. Join only if its the last option for you.

They give a good hike by giving offer letter with immediate effect

This Company works on hire and fire with poor management qualities. A big NO. Please don't join the hike package last for few months. These guys give offer letter with N no of hidden terms and fire you with immediate effect. No humanity nothing "self interest based company" even they use coworking space with no parking and supervisor level employees are on director level.

I was hired after three months of being unemployed and the Consus HR Representative was fantastic. they provided me with the chance to pick up my life again after multiple setbacks. truly i would want to team up with Consus once again

on receiving payments from the client, the salary will be credited on that time. salary date will be on or before 10th every month
