Working organizations not good, even shift is finished manager's are forcing to do extra time without any pay😆😆 I have resigned 1.5 year's before but i still I didn't get any experience letter and Settlement 😁😁

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is high. There is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joining.

There have many contractor that their behaviour is very bad and they cut the salary and his own business .like name of contactor YASHASWI VERY BAD THINKING AND BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD.LIKE A CHEATER .

YIPL is Japanese MNS company, so Japanese working culture is good for career enhancement. It is process oriented company & team members are very competitive.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very-very high and compensation is low as compare to work pressure. No personal life if you are working YIPL. Working location 'Ahmedabad' is not good due to hot temperature. All employees from 'top management' to 'lower management' are arguing & abusing openly to co-worker on daily bases while working on shop floor. Note that - no weekly off.

I am doing the quality assurance and quality control for m/c area cutting crimping and bounding or twisting process check

I am dislikes for any other abnormali and am don't like anyone person bad behaviour all and any employee
