Management is very very bad, poor management don't ever know how to treat equally with employee, huge discrimination between local and outside manpower, nothing to learn and develop skills if you want to learn and develop your skills you should have to do by yourself only noone will support you. Very bad politics, Reputed company with lot of worst management.

Working organizations not good, even shift is finished manager's are forcing to do extra time without any pay😆😆 I have resigned 1.5 year's before but i still I didn't get any experience letter and Settlement 😁😁

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of one years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Food providing to employees is better .

Work has very pressure. No permanent role job . Very less salary is providing to employees. No security . No respect for each other employees. Stand up work continuously 8 hours .
