I would strongly caution against joining this company, especially if you are married or have significant personal commitments. Despite being in business for 15 years, the company has a shockingly high attrition rate, with 95% of employees being recent hires. This is a clear indicator of the management's ineffective leadership. From day one, you need to be prepared to leave at any moment. They blindly operates quick action policy to terminate employees without notice if they are unsatisfied, even before the probation period ends. This creates an unstable and stressful work environment. Additionally, the company lacks proper statutory records, and the working conditions are poor, with inadequate seating arrangements for staff. While they have a biometric attendance system, it’s unreliable as reports can’t be generated. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking job security or a stable work environment.

I liked being open to every possible task I have been given there. For my knowledge, this scenario was for every other employee over here.

Dislikes

Too much work pressure. Sometimes, the task becomes irrelevant to the field one is related to or has expertise in. However, rather than understanding and respecting the employee's efforts of learning everything at a fast pace with every task they ask for, the company has never valued their employees, nor they give any hike to them. Also, there's a lot of communication gap, politics, and issues with work ethics and humanity.

It's a beautiful company, really wonderful the management gives a positive energy by encouraging every one developing there own skills, mainly they allow us to work individuals there is no border , in my 20yrs exp.. I got an such a good company with good environment & Very supportive boss and team. Happy to work in this organization with long time. Thanks to yashram management to giving an opportunity.

I have not worked with the company but was offered HR Manager Position. Company's approach to handle hired candidates is not good. They conducted an interview and rolled out an offer in 3 days time time and within the next 2 days they revoked the offer stating that the company is out of funds.
