Being a small scale biotechnology company the learning opportunity is good but at the same time the decesions are not taken quite faster that make the process of project completion very slow.

The compensation in terms of salary is not that great when compared to the responsibilities they shoulder. There is no fairness with respect to the salaries.

...n about employee by providing various facilities like Gym, carrom, library etc. My salary got doubled in 5 yrs. Employee never threaten badly. Lot of training given to employee for their personality development.

The company is good in terms of job security. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

The salary compensation is not competitive. Lots of politics and toxic work environment. Family work culture. Learning opportunities depends on the team the person in. Terrible work-life balance, lots of work load.

1.Extended working hours (Mon- fri 10hrs a day) 2. Lower salaries as per market standards. 3. No skill enhancement and professional growth. 4. Flat organisations so there are no or very less chances of career progression.
