Teammates are supportive. Unfortunately management only creats the problems. Lots of politics. There is no value for employees. Work structure is bad. Management is failing to take wise decision. There is no appraisal no incentives. Inside the office non of the employees should not talk each other.

...nagement doesn't address employees issues and there is no proper work structure. Pathatic work environment, security, less salary, there is no value for the employees.

Yashmit HRMS is one of the best platform to start the career as a fresher. The work atmosphere is absolutely good with colleagues and especially MD sir (Mahesh Manjula) & Head of HRM (Shilpa mam) she brings the best output from us. I'm glad to be part of this organization. Good place to work, very supportive & friendly environment.

The team is excellent and very responsive and provide assistance and guidance in every step. Good work environment, best team members, responsive. They provide management services.
