Accomodation is excellent. Apart from that nothing is good.

Dislikes

Worse Management, didn't clear your salary, security deposits which they never give back to you, Job security is very much negetive(any time you will be called and asked to leave school), Check at first for accomodation and provided things is all are fine(otherwise they will deduct money when you leave school)👈🏻 which happens to me, Every time you will be monitored in your apartment too.

They don't pay the full salary, when you want to give notice period they terminate you immediately and they will not clear the fund. Still they are forcing people to work under the contract which is not allowed according the low, they keep the original certificate and it is very hard to get back your own academic certificate. They asked 3 months notice period and 3month salary both to leave you.They deduct the security money which they don't give back. So called electricity bill they deducted from your salary which don't have any proof how much you should pay. No pay slip no pf. What else I can say. Nothing to be like here. Monarchy system is still there. And also they tried to threat people to not to give negetive feedback against the Institution.

...I just worked 2.5 months. I paid them 1.05 lacks to get my original certificate. My salary was 35k. They didn't even give experience certificate. My advice to all guys willing to work there never ever give ur original certificate. If u want to leave just leave quitely. Unbearable Torcher begins once you resign. They will not clear ur dues. There are lots of movments of employees. Ppl hardly stay there. Be beware of HR sweetness. Staying there was hell over there. I wish I get my hard earned money from there.

During covid my remuneration neither stopped nor delayed. Campus security is highly commendable. Only school in the that zone that facilitates Geography lab along with other traditional lab.

Dislikes

Parents expectations are quiet contradictory. Few parents want more activity in school curriculum and rest want more studies with less activity. 🙃

The learning environment for activities and life skills for students. Challenging environment for teachers. Also teaching stuffs are involved in politics.

Dislikes

The office politics and planning of things. Teachers sometimes feel like fourth class staff.
