Nothing is sorted. It's a one man show. If he says something regarding salary, appraisal, Holiday, week off, etc it will happen and the employee have to do so or loose the job or salary for a period of time. I left the firm because the management gave the salary to one employee rest all were not paid for last 2 months.

For like in this company there is nothing.

Dislikes

Delay in salary everytime like for 2 month work you get only one month salary. For GIS none of employee have Masters degree, some of have only autoCAD course and some of have diploma in civil. Highly recommended not 🚫 to work in this company.

...st in this company Worst environment, management, hygien The way of talking . Never provide salary on time nd also deduct your salary for stupid reasons. The biggest lier management I ever seen as the promise lots of things to employees but after joining never provides it. Worst and pathetic experience in this company

...erday sir, this company was a bit good, the management was normal, politics was done repeatedly in the company, salary was never received even on time.

The salary was low but there was no growth in the career, the queries were never heard, every small thing was fined, because of this, after 1 year, I gave my resignation from this company to join the company. Marksheet was not received yet some of my money is stuck, that too will not be available

... to not leave any opportunity to blame juniors working on the field on Whatsapp. Lack of financial incentives - the salary doesn't reach on time, reimbursements are promised but never credited, they are very fussy about finances. There's no scope for a worthy individual to make a difference at this firm or any long term growth. Respect, dignity, and self-worth are far fetched dreams while working here.
