They always try to save money. They don't give salary of survey ers and also office workers. They not provide leaves even you I'll or sick.

Its been one year working here in YCSPL, I wants to Share my experience with you all, that we are working on Various Government projects like, Property Tax Survey for 88 towns of Haryana State, Utility and Land Use Surveys for Rajasthan Towns. Ltd. is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies, as we are working on our projects with a special Applications and panel to develop Smart idea for Cities for betterment. HR department is doing best for the Organisation to take it to another Level. Some points to be highlighted:- 1. Professional work experience 2. Disciplined Work culture 3. ...s but, with the efforts of HR and Higher Management, it's improving every day. During COVID-19, we faced with Salaries Delay, but as soon as Situation got better, we got our Salaries before payroll times also. Wo kehte hai na ki, har bure waqt ke baad bhot acha waqt ata hai!!! So, Now we have started getting some perks regarding Other activities than work!! Like celebrations and fun activities to Increase involvement of employees

Yash Casting Private Limited works as a Municipal Corporation. ek mahine ki salary Rocky rakhte hain isliye ismein kam karne ka man nahin karta hai isliye Ham is company ko resign de chuke hainThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issue 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Nothing is sorted. It's a one man show. If he says something regarding salary, appraisal, Holiday, week off, etc it will happen and the employee have to do so or loose the job or salary for a period of time. I left the firm because the management gave the salary to one employee rest all were not paid for last 2 months.

For like in this company there is nothing.

Dislikes

Delay in salary everytime like for 2 month work you get only one month salary. For GIS none of employee have Masters degree, some of have only autoCAD course and some of have diploma in civil. Highly recommended not 🚫 to work in this company.
