Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Yes I like working with yashaswi groups but there salary & benefits is no sufficient. Yashaswi groups CEO is most humble person ever and there head Tema also very humble. And I heard that yashaswi groups never fire their employees without any background check

Dislikes

Promotion, appraisal policy and salary increment process are the worst process in corporate world. We a employees make a mistake that means employees is the responsib just example, By mistakely I make a wrong salary credit that means I am responsible for that mistake and yashaswi groups deduc that amount in my salary We are human not robot So I have humble request to Yashaswi group CEO that please change this policy.

teamwork ka ek sabse bada fayda yah hai ki isase karmchariyon mein atmavishwas Paida Hota Hai jaisa ki varshon Se Dekha ja raha hai khush karmchariyon ke sath kam karne se nirnay Lene mein Behtar Hota Hai aur isliye kam Bhoj Jaisa Nahin Lagta Hai karmchari Karyalay mein aaenge Jo anttah unke Pradarshan ko badhava Dete Hain

A great company to work with.... the best in its own space. There is ample opportunity for learning. The employees are empowered enough to take decisions and own them in their respective work sphere. The work ambience is extremely encouraging with no micromanagement. A vibrant team where each team member is treated like family and everybody is ready to help each other. A great place to work for freshers as well as mid career professionals.

Nothing in particular, just that having alternate Saturday's off or Work from Home facility on alternate Saturdays' can help to improve work life balance and afford more flexibility to employees with resultant enhanced motivation.
