Every colleague acts friendly here. Free tea for staff was a beautiful gesture, They Gave us a Tiffin box as a Diwali gift and some essential Accessories from the Company they provided, but that's it.

Dislikes

...they don't leave the office room. It is okay for sales and office service staff. They Deduct Money from your salary if come late to the office even for a minute. Seniors will tell you what they like and don't like. They never tell you what they want if they don't like what you have done. They say we want something different and are never satisfied.

Easy to get jobs at any seasons, they've the veriety of sectorial opportunity one can enroll for. But the service Yashaswi provide is terrific & pathetic.

Their salary structure is awful. They doesn't value employee, their management attitude is like " We don't care you work or don't work, we have many troops outside to get fitted for your position. Salary credit date is not defined, always credited to me after 8th of every month. Their settlement policy is again pathetic. Overall platform is brilient but management & their policies sucks. Worst part is nobody supports you, here they only want you to archive the numbers. Micro management in everything, I still have unsettled travel convience, Incentives. Branch has no manager team has to work all clock to meet deadlines. Service are hopeless, I wondered why did I wasted so many years, huge regret and learning I gained from this organisation. Toxicity is at next level. Here everything is purchased on terms of money, fame, advertisement, Social status, events. Everything is showcased like unicorn company. Chair person is crying to increase employees 3-8% hike each year.

Very poor and micro management, I worked here for 2 years but my salary was not increased even by ₹10.

Senior managers are sitting here only to deduct your salary, they never motivate you for your work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
