Only a thing that I like in yash industries that there in one canteen for both workers and employees .. they got same food

There is discrimination a lot because I'm north region person Before I come in Pune I think they will treated like me a Indian but now I realised I'm a noth Indian person There is no opportunity there is no hope there is waste your time .. . . supervisors behaviour is too bad and they are uneducated. . . If you complete you MBA of you complete your BTech . .. your values are zero here your are treated like labour. . .. administrator level of employees in yash industries treat you good but they never do anything for you. . .they only needs there production

B.tech and diploma holder please don't waste your valuable time in that company. In this company you have nothing to do they only want production and what they doing in the name of training only aware about 2 buttons RESET and START nothing else. And total 12 hours do same thing not only one work in a systematic way again I say don't waste your valuable time. 10th and 12th standard student perfectly fit for that, fully labour work for whom, who done degree in BE/B.TECH/DIPLOMA or ITI.

Please don't waste your valuable time this company is only for 10th and 12th labour standard because they only want production do not give you any training only they thought you about 2 buttons on CNC, VMC press RESET and then START CYCLE. One other thing when your shift timing is night you need to arrange your food by own they are not provide.
