New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. If the management feels, they will give you leverage for few days

They never trust you and empower or delegate to you. All decisions are theirs and negative consequences are ours. Never listen to professionals. Try all ways to save money and earn money but not professionally, ethically and morally. No proper HR policies, leaves etc., if we take even 1 day leave, they feel as if we made loss for the company
