Overall has a great work life balance and gives importance to people. The tech stack is good and you get freedom to learn and grow. It is Especially good for folks who want to sit back, relax and work in their own pace. The fertiliser business is doing good hence there is job security.

Dislikes

Its a good organisation for folks in their mid careers who are looking to be comfortable but its not for dynamic individuals looking for challenges. There is an inherent sluggishness with how things work mostly because of frequent reorgs and lack of product maturity. There are very few digital products that are actually generating revenue which is a concern. The digital business of Yara is new and definitely needs to buckle up to remain relevant in the market. As with any organisation there is definitely some politics also a lot of the middle managers are non technical which is one of the reasons of a lack of clear cut product road map.

No any one secure in this company so much politics.if you take seriously Madical leaves than you will fire from the company , it's possible out of this country yara fertilizer take care of their employees but not in india, it's so terrible, they are playing with people's future

Work culture and it's preference for employee safety gives me atmost satisfaction to work at Yara. Work life Balance is excellent

Dislikes

Dislike is that company doesn't provide staff to work at Groundlevel, Excecutives itself have to work directly with farmers. Working directly with farmers gives Atmost satisfaction but inorder to cover huge area it's a bit difficult for an employee.

No hikes or promotions. A lot of micromanagement - reached a point where it's just stupid. No clear team vision. Lack of clarity. What's job security?
