This company, cannot, I repeat, cannot have access to any of your money through 401K plans and they have lost 1 million dollars in a lawsuit after they carelessly trampled through our 401K plans costing me thousands of dollars in financial loss! If you liuke working around criminals and released convicts and deal with white collar crimes this would be the perfect job for you. However, Karma caught up with them and they are now closed down thank God for that...

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that manufacturing. We work happliy in collaboration i also like the employee policey here I like work environment, job security, career growth, ect.

I'm fortunate to have of part of this company.. First here no any stress and pressure, and company work on teamwork, respect safety etc.

But here growth is low. Some time I have to work 12-16 hours in a day.

When I was working in yanfeng. which time I have forgot my family because yanfeng employees do the 24 hour's working .& Also managers do the mentally tourcher of all team leader.
