One of the worst company to work for. They are running marathi monopoly. Majority of the people dont know how to speak english. Keeps blabbering in marathi tone.

Over 3 years in this company. I have come accross talented teams with supportive supervisors, team leads and managers. There is stability and consistency in their work. This organisation has grown tremendously in the past few years not just in their projects but also in employee strength I.e They have grown 3 fold in their over size and work. They have an Excellent work environment. They care for their employees. And take interest in individual development. It's a growing organization therefore there is lot of scope for freshers, mid ranged experience and for seniors. They offer job opportunity to women who want to get back to work. Their policies are employee friendly. Ex-gratia payout is a another thing to lookout for. They have no limits to a talented individuals to showcase his/her expertise. They give you freedom to work in your capacity. They have a very warm way if encouragement and motivation. They help their slow performers improve with time. They have a very nice way of training individual to become better and responsible. People have completed 5+ in this organisation and are doing very well not just at work but in the overall sence of it. Their is work from home and flexible timings. Health insurance too is good. They have given opportunities to marriage women who want to get back to work and restart their careers. Payscales are at par with the industry. They are implementing new and improved policies to make sure everyone gets a fair chance to explore their strength and condition their skills.

Annual appraisal are unpredictable. If your supervisor does not speak for you then your appraisal is not good . At times one can feel neglected and unwanted . People look for good appraisal need to be very vigilant on their end . Need ro speak up to get appraisal. At the end it's the director who decides the final version of appraisals . So it's a 50-50 chance to get or not to get .
