Very political environment by old employees whom work from 11 years they didn't want new employees settle they give negetive feedback for Japanese san,if you not have any reference you will not survive here they hemulate you hrass you by saying you did nothing whatever you do they didn't forward your postive things,and japanese san also listen only old employees,they can't listen new employees

Here is big issue is that in that designation they are hired for employee they could not give thier work as employee deserve.leader also working as normal worker.so employee feels that issue.this is big reason for employee resignation letter here.thanks

A Single Person Mr. Rahul Yadav Rule the company Yamato Logistics ( SMIPL) He Recruits Only their Relative , Siblings & Neighbors Only . Anyhow You got selected, then he will starts harassed the employee ,and trying to terminate in any condition. Wo apko Kam hi nhi karne dega kisi bhi Bahane se apko Harrash Kiya Jayega ki aap quite Kar lo , Otherwise uske apne Bande aap ko kisi na kisi Bahane se torcher Karte rahenge jab tak aap quite na Kar do . Ya Fir apki single mistake par bhi apki beijjati ki jayegi chahe same mistake kisi or ne ki ho but use kuchh nhi kha Jayega sirf apko target karenge
