Not only in Yamaha, in every where if any girl/woman opposed any man everyone is directly going to punish rather than enquiring the man. Everyone must enquire from both sides.

Politics at each and every step and corner of the organisation. No scope for promotion. Appraisals go maximum upto 3-4% annually. Salaries are lowest in the market. You can’t eat anything in the canteen except from 1 pm to 1:45 pm. Completely school culture here. Just for the namesake it’s a Japanese MNC but nothing in actual. More than 25 people resigned in last one year.
