Nothing good to work with yamaha worst culture ever i observed. Worst Work culture, worst HR policy No facilities for employees.

... Indian (layer,corrupt ,lazy, ignorant, not willing to work) overall bad people. No HR policy, No work ethic worst imbalance in salary work experience, expertise, level, no promotion criteria finally forced resignation to save 3months salary from kicked out employees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adoptslatest technology. I love the facts that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a globle client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

The salary that is shown in the compensation plan is all BS. You get variable pay once a year. They stop 2 months salary in your notice period without prior notice. There’s no learning. If you have attended POSH training anywhere, you will see all sorts of people on which POSH act should definitely be done but they are thriving without skills

Yamaha motors is one of the top motorbike company. But getting a job on pay role in like the impossible there. They didn't make confirm to their trainees. They only want to complete their work doesn't care about employees career
